"Support shouldn't wait for a diagnosis"

At Pallas Trust, we believe people shouldn’t have to wait years for support while waiting for a diagnosis.

We work alongside organisations supporting vulnerable people by helping them recognise and understand communication, sensory and executive functioning needs. These three areas of needs are commonly associated with a range of conditions, including: autism, ADHD, acquired brain injury and Foetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD).

Our specialist workshops equip organisations with practical knowledge about the impact of communication, sensory and executive dysfunction, and how to put in strategies of support.

Our Needs Triage Assessment helps identify the functional barriers an individual may be experiencing. Rather than providing a diagnosis, we assess the areas that have the greatest impact on everyday life and provide practical recommendations that can be implemented immediately.

Early identification leads to earlier understanding → Earlier understanding leads to better support.

If you’re supporting vulnerable young people or adults, especially those with experience of: the care system, homelessness,  justice system, sex work, domestic violence and armed forces veterans. Please get in touch.

"Every individual deserves to be understood, and every organisation deserves the knowledge to provide effective, compassionate support."

Training Workshops

 Needs Triage
