Pallas Trust is a registered charity dedicated to improving understanding of hidden differences that affect how people communicate, learn, organise, process information and engage with the world around them.
Formerly known as Your Future Education, our charity has evolved to meet an increasingly urgent need.
As waiting times for specialist neurodevelopmental assessments continue to grow, many individuals are left without answers or appropriate support. We recognised that organisations needed practical knowledge now—not years in the future.
Today, our focus is on early identification and practical support.
We work with charities and organisations already supporting vulnerable people, providing specialist workshops and Needs Triage Assessments that help identify communication, sensory and executive functioning needs commonly associated with autism, ADHD, acquired brain injury and Foetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD).
Our Triage assessments are not diagnostic. Instead, they identify functional needs that may otherwise remain hidden, allowing practical support and reasonable adjustments to begin as early as possible. We can provide limited access to formal diagnosis, in exceptional circumstances.
Where individuals later pursue formal diagnostic assessment, the information gathered through our triage process can also help families and clinicians build a clearer understanding of long-term support needs.
At Pallas Trust, we believe that understanding someone’s needs can transform outcomes, regardless of whether a diagnosis has yet been made.

Pallas was created to supporting people with experience of: the justice system, care system, homelessness and/or sex work, who may have undiscovered and/or unsupported hidden differences to get the support they need to thrive. We do this by working in partnership with charities already supporting them, to offer a range of support to enable them to better access services, education and employment as well as developing the skills required to develop and maintain healthy friendships and relationships.
We are committed to the excluded, giving hope, confidence and the skills to succeed are the essential values behind every action of Pallas.
Pallas exists to empower people who are excluded or are at risk of exclusion from society for a variety of reasons to gain hope and aspirations for the future and have the skills, confidence and support to rebuild their lives.
We value the individual:
We value working in partnership, innovation and best practice: we are committed to co-working and sharing knowledge to develop the most effective support for people who are suffering due to a lack of education and misunderstood needs. We want to continually improve the support we offer and value ideas and feedback from our clients. We also value learning from other services, policy makers, academics and our own research about ideas we can trial to complement our work. We seek to provide ongoing evaluation of the impact of our service.
We value integrity and transparency, we want everyone who comes in to contact with us to know where they stand and how we operate.
